Booking Policies

Reservation Confirmation: To confirm your reservation at Maafushi View, we require valid credit card details or an advance payment.

Payment: We accept payment via major credit cards and bank transfers. Please note that a 3% bank surcharge applies to credit card payments.

Advance Payment: For peak seasons and special offers, an advance payment may be required to secure your reservation. Our team will communicate these requirements during the booking process.

Child Policy: Children under 12 years of age can stay in their parents' room free of charge. Extra beds or cots are available upon request for an additional fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellation Policy: We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Before 30 days: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

Within 7 to 30 days: Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

On or after 7 days: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

Early Check-Out: In the case of early check-out, the full reservation amount for the entire stay will be charged.

Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs are subject to our cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.

Check-In and Check-Out Policies

Check-In: Check-in time is at 14:00 (2:00 PM) Maldives Standard Time. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Check-Out: Check-out time is at 12:00 (12:00 PM) Maldives Standard Time. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

General Policies

Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Maafushi View.

Smoking: Maafushi View is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol is allowed within the guesthouse premises. However, please be respectful of local customs and refrain from public intoxication.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Any charges for damages will be applied to the guest's account.

Behavior: We kindly request all guests to respect the comfort and privacy of others. Disruptive behavior that affects the enjoyment of other guests is not tolerated.
