  2. Payment Methods: We accept payments through major credit cards and bank transfers. A 3% bank surcharge may apply to credit card transactions.

  3. Child Policy: Children under 12 years old can stay in their parents' room free of charge. Additional beds or cots are available upon request for an extra fee.

  4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy:

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
      Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
      Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

Check-In and Check-Out

  1. Check-In Time: Check-in is at 14:00 (2:00 PM) Maldives Standard Time. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

  2. Check-Out Time: Check-out is at 12:00 (12:00 PM) Maldives Standard Time. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
